Getting here
By air
Fly into Phuket International (HKT). Direct connections from BKK, Singapore, KL, Dubai, and Doha. Priya will circulate group-quote options in Jan 2027.
Transfers
Group airport transfer included in the room block — the hotel meets each arrival with a name board. Solo taxis run ~800฿ / $22.
Getting around
Patong is walkable. For islands / Krabi day-trip we've block-booked speedboats and longtails. Grab (Thailand's Uber) works everywhere.

Passport
Valid for 6+ months beyond 27 Oct 2027. Two blank pages minimum.
Visa
Most passports get 30-day visa exemption on arrival. Check your country's rules.
Vaccinations
Routine boosters up to date. Hep A + Typhoid recommended. See your GP.
Travel insurance
Comprehensive policy incl. medical + repatriation. Send policy no. to Nadia by 30 Aug.
eSIM / roaming
AIS or TrueMove eSIM (Airalo works). Or grab a SIM at HKT arrivals.
